Ground Penetrating Radar

Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) uses electromagnetic waves to penetrate the soil to create an image of what lies beneath.  This technology enables us to verify depths and exact position on larger diameter pipes. We also scan our sites in search of plastic lines with no tracer wire/tape. GPR can be used outside of utility locating to detect underground storage tanks, gravesites, critical tree roots and any other underground obstructions.
